Windies First Inning on the second day

As Windies started from 264 runs for 8 wickets but could add only 25 runs on the second day of the Barbados test. As Shimron Hetmyer started from 56 runs and ended in 81 runs on their first inning. By his wicket Windies all out in 289 runs. Which seemed a fewer score but Windies pacers made it impossible to the English batsman.

England First Inning

As England packed Windies early on the second day but their Inning was more disappointing. But openers added 23 runs before Keaton Jennings became a pickup to Jason Holder scoring 17 runs with 3 boundaries that are the highest score for the visitors. Then another opener Rory Burns bold to Kemar Roach’s delivery at 35 runs on the scoreboard.

Kemar Roach bowled Jonny Bairstow at 44 runs on the scoreboard. Captain Joe Root became another pickup to Jason Holder before adding no run. Experienced Ben Stokes surrendered to Kemar Roach. Then Moeen Ali got a golden duck.

As Windies started from leading 212 runs. Windies openers picked 52 runs before Kraigg Brathwaite trapped in lbw on Moeen Ali’s delivery and scored 24 runs. Another opener John Campbell scored 33 runs and surrendered to Ben Stokes at 60 runs on the scoreboard.

Then Shy Hope, Darren Bravo, and Roston Chase failed to reach double digits. As Shimron Hetmyer picked 31 runs but surrendered to Sam Curran.
