South Africa whitewashed Pakistan in the test series. Winning the Johannesburg test by 107 runs South Africa ended the test on the fourth day. Wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de cock won the man of the match.
Fourth Day Inning
As Pakistan was hopeful for the fourth wicket partnership but it ended at 162 runs. Duanne Oliver trapped Babar Azam caught behind and cracked the partnership. Then Sarfaraz Ahmed made a golden duck Duanne Oliver had the opportunity of a Hat-Trick.
Scoring 65 with 11 fours Asad Shafiq surrendered to Philander at 179 on the scoreboard. Shadab Khan made the last fight of 47 runs with seven boundaries. But he only reduced the difference. none of the batsmen failed to pick the team. By Mohammad Abbas got run out at 273 runs on the scoreboard Pakistan ended their inning. South Africa won the match and whitewashed the visitors
Picking three wickets, each Duanne Oliver and Kagiso Rabada lead the wicket-taking festival. Dale Steyn picked two and Philander picked one and joined with the teammate bowlers.

“Any Test century would mean a lot to me. I have worked hard on my game over the last couple of years and it is nice to see the results coming out well. Olivier, the big man, has been bowling really well at the moment. He has been doing really well for our franchise and it is great to see him doing it for the country. Dale, the old man, is back. We’ve missed him and it is great to have him back in our setup.”
Finally, South Africa whitewashed Pakistan in the test series. Pakistan may come back to the ODI. First ODI will be tossed in Port Elizabeth on the 19th of January.
