ICC suspended Sarfraz Ahmed for four matches for racial comments to Andile Phehlukwayo on the second ODI on Durban.

Losing 5 wickets by 80 runs South Africa was batting for 205 runs target on Durban. But Rassie van der Dussen and Andile Phehlukwayo were playing for the target and made 127 runs partnership, which brought them the series leveled in 1-1.

When South Africa’s sixth wickets partnership made the match more difficult for Pakistan then their captain and wicket-keeper Sarfraz Ahmed threw a sentence on Urdu that was indicating racial and indecent that you can’t name in typical sledging.

After Sarfraz Ahmed’s non-cricketer act questioned in social media. Though Sarfraz Ahmed apologies for this type of fault and tweeted three-time begging forgiveness. Sarfraz Ahmed met Andile Phehlukwayo and said sorry to him.

Though South Africa captain Faf du Plessis forgive Sarfraz as he apologies for it. But Protea captain Faf du Plessis let the matter to the ICC to decide about this matter.

So ICC had their decision after 5 days and suspended Sarfraz Ahmed for four matches. So he is going to miss the next two ODI and the two t-20 matches. As today’s match experienced Shoaib Malik is leading the team. So PCB ordered him to back to Pakistan with Rizwan Ahmed.
